Privacy notice

This notice explains what AssetNerve (“we”, “us”) does with information you give us through this website, www.assetnerve.com, and through the Vitrine Connector Shopify app. The Vitrine platform itself, at cloud.assetnerve.com, is otherwise governed by the agreement we sign with each customer.

Vitrine Connector (Shopify app)

Vitrine Connector links a merchant’s Shopify store to their Vitrine account so that product data can drive physical electronic shelf labels. When a merchant installs it, we request the read_products and write_products permissions and access only:

• Product and variant data — title, price, SKU, barcode, vendor, and type — to keep the merchant’s Vitrine product catalog in sync with their Shopify store
• Product metafields under the vitrine namespace, which we write back to show shelf-label status (bound tag, template, last update) directly on the Shopify product page

We do not request, access, or store customer data, order data, payment data, or any other personally identifiable information about a merchant’s shoppers. The app only ever touches the product catalog.

The access token issued when a merchant connects is encrypted at rest and used solely to make the API calls described above on that merchant’s behalf. If a merchant uninstalls the app, we receive Shopify’s shop/redact notification and disconnect — deleting the stored access token — automatically, without anyone needing to ask.

To request your data or ask that it be deleted, email hello@assetnerve.com; we will action it within 30 days, in line with the rest of this notice.

What we collect (this website)

When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we receive:

• Your name and company name
• Your phone number, and your email address if you provide one
• The product you indicated interest in, and anything you typed in the message field
• Basic technical data sent by your browser, including your IP address and the time of submission

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this website.

Why we hold it

Only to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation or pilot proposal, and to keep a record of business conversations. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

The IP address and timestamp are kept purely to detect and block automated spam submissions.

Who can see it

Enquiries are stored on infrastructure we control and are accessible only to AssetNerve staff who handle sales and support. Our servers are hosted with DigitalOcean, in the Singapore region.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted, unless we have an ongoing commercial relationship or a legal reason to keep them longer.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email hello@assetnerve.com and we will action it within 30 days.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is transmitted encrypted and stored on access controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what you send us.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
